AmTrav expands its customer support and adds new members to its leadership team to strengthen the sales team.
FREMONT, CA: "I've always admired AmTrav," Susan said. "They've been thought leaders in the industry for years and always ahead of the curve technologically. I am thrilled to be joining them."
In response to the unprecedented demand for business travel due to the easing of the pandemic, AmTrav, the one-stop platform for business travel, is expanding its leadership and customer service teams to accommodate the surge in business travel.

New members are joining the leadership team, including Susan Hathaway-Altman, promoted to Chief Sales Officer. Tim Hines was named Chief Marketing Officer, and Gaurav was promoted to Chief Technology Officer.
With her wealth of experience in corporate travel and sales, Susan brings a wide range of knowledge and insight into the industry, having worked for some of the top brands, including Amex GBT, BCD, and most recently, Atlas Travels. During her tenure at AmTrav, Susan will be in charge of leading the sales team as well as developing a strategy for the going-to-market process.
Gaurav has been with AmTrav since 2017 as its Vice President of Engineering and has overseen the development of a 10-person team - the largest development team with an average size of 10-30 times the size of his team - that has outperformed competitors with teams 10-30 times larger. Taking on the role of CTO, he will continue to build an even better platform for our customers as the company grows.
"Coming out of COVID, we're seeing a sea change in attitudes among corporate travel buyers," said Jeff Klee, Co-Founder, and CEO of AmTrav. "They're tired of crappy booking tools and less willing to accept a lack of personal attention." Klee went on: "The bar has been raised and it's going to keep getting higher. We're building a team to meet those escalating demands and to help spread the word about AmTrav."
In the next five to six years, AmTrav is expecting significant growth in business travel spending around the world to surpass $2 trillion in annual global expenditures for business travel by the end of 2022.
