Avvir is developing Avvir Cost Beta to aid construction site managers in tracking project and scope costs against their Schedule of Values, hence offering unmatched financial visibility into the real generated value. Avvir cost enables users to read comments within the 3D viewer of the project to visually contextualize subcontractors' cost reasons with a comprehensive study of completed work. Recognizing that some expenditures are sensitive, subcontractors will only be able to examine tracking information for which they have explicit permission. Avvir has also connected with DroneDeploy to enable users of that technology to seamlessly merge their existing photos into Avvir's system, removing the need for duplication.
Avvir has released many upgrades to its products, including Avvir Cost and integration with DoneDeploy, designed to enhance the efficiency of construction industry experts' daily tasks. It includes improvements to quality control workflows that allow seamless corrections between Avvir and other platforms, such as Revizto, as well as a Do Not Track option for omitting tracking unnecessary items, as well as improvements to algorithm performance.
Avvir is developing product updates that will allow users to tailor their workflow within the platform to accommodate their specific operations better. Please visit Avvir.io for additional details.
Avvir's BIM-focused reality analysis software provides construction teams with control through automated schedule tracking, cost and earned value analysis, installation issue detection, and a BIM with as-built conditions. Avvir provides the only hardware-agnostic platform that gives essential insights and closes the loop by updating the BIM, allowing clients to concentrate on resolving problems rather than discovering them. Avvir is headquartered in New York City and serves clients in North America, Europe, and Japan, including AECOM, Related, Columbia, and DPR.
