BP3 starts its eight acquisitions to strengthen its position in automating the business.
FREMONT, CA: "Extra Technology is laser focused on customer success, and by welcoming Extra Technology to the BP3 family we will be able to better serve our mutual clients in the UK and Europe more broadly. Our clients are looking for better solutions to modernise their applications that run their core business, and fresh ways to automate vast amounts of physical and digital paperwork. Together, we can meet those needs more completely for our clients on both continents," says Scott Francis, CEO of BP3.
One of the global leaders in automation business processes, BP3 confirmed that it has taken over Extra Technology, one of the leading automation consultancy companies in the world. With this acquisition of a global leader in workload automation, BP3 begins its eighth acquisition in its history and ensures that it continues to be the leader in intelligent automation worldwide. Over the next two years, Extra Technology will operate as a separate business unit within BP3 before integrating into the company.
Mark Mannion, CEO of Extra Technology, adds: "This is a very exciting time for everyone at Extra Technology. We've had the pleasure of working with BP3 to deliver great results for clients before – and we're even more excited about doing that under the same banner going forward. Both our company culture and our product offering are closely aligned to BP3's, and together we will be able to achieve even more than we have alone. The combination of our robust solutions and ecosystems of partners will strengthen our joint offering to customers, both existing and new, and provide new opportunities for employees.
BP3 and Extra Technology will combine their offerings and client bases, allowing customers of both companies to take advantage of a broader portfolio of top-tier workload automation, intelligent automation solutions, automated processes, robotic processes, and artificial intelligence. Additionally, the deal will provide customers with increased access to automation and artificial intelligence experts and support for additional software packages.
With these expanded features, customers will be able to grow and gain from automation's benefits sooner, cementing BP3's position as a market leader in the EMEA region, as well as expanding its appeal to US customers.
