FREMONT, CA: Cloverleaf Networks completes the acquisition of the Ryver workforce. With the acquisition of Ryver workforce collaboration platform, Cloverleaf Networks will enhance the company's connectivity, cybersecurity, and wide area networking offerings, forming a top-to-bottom, wire-to-workgroup business stack. The platform provides workgroup efficiency, artificial intelligence (AI), and internet of things (IoT) functionality.
A thorough strategic analysis and due diligence were carried out to select the perfect complement to Cloverleaf Networks' already strong connectivity offering. Businesses can save millions using Ryver to control their online system and enable workforce collaboration.

"Cloverleaf is already helping companies operate more profitably with our connectivity aggregation platform (CLOĒ) ending the nightmare of providing, managing, and securing multi-office internet services. Ryver lets remote teams work like they are in one building and control systems like they were on-site," said Joe Faherty, Cloverleaf Networks CEO.
The Cloverleaf team has developed a 60-day plan to enhance the Ryver platform to provide the 100-thousand users of the platform with a collaboration tool that can meet all their requirements. A new version of Cloverleaf's Ryver software will be released later this year, bringing enhanced collaboration, voice, and video capabilities to Ryver's users.

A Cloverleaf/Ryver development team is currently developing the IoT and AI functionality for workgroups based on user recommendations in the technology, academic, hospitality, and other industries. There will be an expansion in the number of people who can work and control systems remotely.
